First time staying at a hotel in NYC, we usually stay with family. The hotel itself was central to everything so made it easy to navigate around the city. We walked everywhere! The hotel room was spacious and clean and the complimentary water and snacks were a nice touch. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful with directions, special accommodations etc. a special thanks to Cristian, Luis and Junior who made our stay a great one! Highly recommend staying at this establishment.
