The pool area looked nice. Unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to use it because of timing and weather. We liked the location for what we were doing. And it is away from the crowds. Access to the high line was great.

The room and the facilities themselves were great. The front desk staff could have been more helpful. Retrieving parcels that had been delivered to the hotel took ages and was very inefficient.

A pool in NYC is hard to come by, this one isn’t flawless but it’s clean and the scene is vibey. The staff is always fabulous, engaging, warm and helpful. The rooms are dated and a little impractical, like turning the lights on and off is much harder than it should be and the bathroom has a door that weighs a 1000lb. I think they were going for style but it comes across as dated and it’s a 4/5 in cleanliness. Killer views, dynamite location and excellent service keep me coming back.

Excellent location. In Chelsea and meatpacking area. Close to the market, the piers, shopping. We walked to the village and even walked to Rockefeller Center! (Not sure I’d recommend that lol). Loved the location and one of the few hotels with a pool!

The staff were so accommodating and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We loved relaxing by the pool in the evening—it was such a unique experience. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I can’t say enough about the location. It’s one of the best in the area. I especially love being so close to the West Village, the Meatpacking District, and Chelsea. There is always so much to see and do, all within easy walking distance. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

First time staying at Dream and I enjoyed it and would recommend. Staff was helpful at check in and the hotel has a cool hip vibe. Room was a good size, AC was flowing cold upon entering and the pool view was nice. Service and food at pool restaurant also were great.

Such a FUN stay! The vibes were absolutely on point from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, the AC worked perfectly, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The pool was definitely a highlight! Great atmosphere, amazing DJs, and the energy was everything. The bar was also a great place to hang out and enjoy the vibe. And the ARTWORK throughout the hotel?! LOVE! 🎨✨ There are so many unique, colorful, and creative photo-op spots everywhere you turn. Definitely bring your camera because you’re going to want to take pictures! Overall, this hotel has such a fun, stylish, lively atmosphere. If you’re looking for a place with great energy, music, art, and plenty of Instagram-worthy moments, this is definitely the spot! 💕✨📸
