Hotel has great style and design. Loved the vibe. The manager, Elmo, was extremely helpful and very responsive when we had an issue. Resolved immediately! Great location and food in restaurants was very good. Bar at the top was super fun at night. A great time overall.

THe room and bath are nicely decorated. MInimalist , functional , Scandinavian design .The interior furniture , including mirrors , light fixtures, and stools are neatly appointed with minimal clutter. THere is a restaurant bar at the rooftop with great views of the Chrysler building .

Great location! Cozy room with very comfortable bed. Would definitely stay here again. I really wish there was a coffee maker in the room. There is a cafe adjacent to the Libby but the line was always a mile long. Overall, a great stay!

We loved the location and the staff were helpful. Unfortunately the AC in our room wasn't working and a window unit had been installed which resulted in an excessive amount of noise. On top of that the rooms are quite small and run down. We also had to pay a fairly high hotel fee on top of the Expedia booking which we did not account for. Given the cost of the hotel we would not book again.
