They stored our luggage before check-in and after check-out. The king city-view room was spacious and bed and pillows comfortable. We were very pleased with the stay.
AMAZING place to stay. Safe, accessible to entertainment, food, and subways. Modern spacious interiors, lots of windows, and light. Great staff and service. Highly recommend.
Clean rooms, nice staff, only negative was one elevator was not working out of 3 so there were long waits sometimes. Nice facility. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff was friendly and welcoming every time we returned. Our room was always clean. The location was perfect - within walking distance to tons of little shops, restaurants, Time square, broadyway shows, and subway stations.

Most staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and spacious for NYC. The only issue were the elevators. One was down the entire stay and the wait times were sometimes 30 minutes.
The stay was amazing, it was just unfortunate that most of the stay one of the elevators was broken. So we just had to make sure to leave early so we could wait for the elevator. This was definitely not enough to not stay here again, I definitely would . I feel like this was a great location and the staff was always very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
Everything was great and clean. We enjoyed the close proximity to Broadway. Lots of great food on the same street. The elevators were the only issue we had. Very slow and one was broken most of our trip
