The hotel was nice for a one night stay and was a walkable distance to do some shopping in Times Square. The only issue I had was the drain in the shower could be cleaner it had orange staining but other then that the hotel stay was great :)
We will be staying here again … loved the service!😀

We had no cold water for 2 days the tech came out first time and attempted to fix it worked for hours than the same problem continued we were than moved to another room the moving process is a headache after all we were already settled in our first room but our transfer was successful the street view in the second room made it up for it we actually got to see the new year ball from our restroom window we will consider staying here again in the future as long as they accommodate the street view if possible again. I didn’t get staff name but they were all great. The Latin gentleman night bartender who served us n the night manager in the restaurant white tall man were great to us. We will consider coming back if they accommodate a street view if available overall we had a great experience

Had a nice stay - great location, safe, with a smooth check in/out. I was however charged a larger ‘resort fee’ than I was quoted by Expedia - they charged $40 per day v. the $50 total I was quoted. Disappointed!!

Could see the Times Square New Year’s Eve ball from my room’s window. Terrific location close to Penn Station and not far from La Guardia airport. Served free Starbucks coffee in the lobby.

Location was very convenient. We requested the quietest room as possible and they delivered. Only complaints were that the cold sink water was actually hot/the shower temperature was inconsistent and the queen beds were more like full size beds. However, I would stay again based on location.

Housekeeping staff was unavailable most of the weekend. They were during construction during our stay as well which affected our overall experience. Multiple guests had similar complaints about their assigned rooms not being clean upon arrival!
