This was a really pleasant experience in the heart of a very busy, dirty city. I mostly appreciated the attentiveness of the staff, including the bellman and the breakfast team. I would stay here again. I just hate being on top floors, so I would probably stay lower :-)

It was literally a 2 minute walk to Times Square therefore very central and close to shops and restaurants. A 10 second walk to the closest entrance to the subway. Staff were all friendly and welcoming as with almost all New Yorkers to be honest.

I had a nice time in a nice hotel. The neighborhood was noisy, the rooms mini bar was not adequately stocked, I had to phone the replacement desk 3 different times for a Coca Cola, I had to call for tv remote controls on 2 different days. The porters, doormen were fantastic and always got me a taxi or private car quickly.
