The property has everything you need and it is close to a metro station that get's you in manhattan area in 35 minutes. Close by there restaurant that you can walk to and shops.

I needed a place to stay after I missed my connection at JFK. Nova Hotel was a surprise. Quiet and comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable and the room was large. There was an unpleasant odor of marijuana in the lobby.

Stayed for four days for a solo trip and it was amazing! The staff was kind and the hotel was clean and friendly. Area was great right in the middle of all the stations. Definitely coming back.

Clean room The room lock wasn’t the best from inside. (There’s a manual lock outside the electric lock. Everytime someone left their room, the door would shake. Outside of that, it’s a beautiful room. Don’t know why there was a yellow elephant on the upper left of the room.

Clean room, basic but had all I needed. Staff were friendly. Rooms are not sound proofed so you can hear the lift and people in the corridor. Also bedroom doors have a gap underneath them of at least 0.5-1cm, unsure why.

Never be swayed by bad reviews; everyone should have their own experience. I had an absolutely incredible time at Los Personales with my family. From the very beginning, the service at the front desk was amazing. The room was huge with great views, smelled wonderful, and the bed was fantastic. The place is new and comfortable, and it's only a 9-minute walk from the 169th Street Jamaica train station. Plus, you can't hear a thing in the hallways, let alone from outside.

Clean property, only needed to overnight. Comfy bed, amenities available. If i had to overnight again...yes. Uber had problems dropping me off and picking me up despite putting in the exact location!

Seems like it’s a new hotel from all the people on site working and training. Very friendly staff, I booked a king bed accidentally with my co worker and they were able to accommodate me with a double bed! Very large rooms, quiet, and clean. It was right next to Jamaica station so the ride into the city was quite easy. A lot of corner stores with great meal choices etc. Would def come back with the proximity from JFK airport and easy commute to the city along with the hospitality service given. Sam was great at the front desk!

The hotel was very clean and new, it’s super close to JFK which was great for a one night layover. BUT. We had no warm water, the rooms are very noisy, you can rent rooms by the hour (if you know what that means) and the neighbourhood is very dodgy. Especially if you’re white.
