The room was spacious and comfortable, the overall cleanliness is very good and the staff is very polite and helpful. The location is great and it is very well connected to the rest of the city. The only downside that I saw is that the hotel itself is a bit old. But aside from that, it was a very comfortable choice.

Hotel is a little outdated but it’s clean. The beds were comfortable and room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was good. A lot of food options but was basically the same items every day. Lobby was small. I don’t remember seeing a restaurant however it’s in a central location so not a problem. Elevators got busy at times especially in the morning during breakfast. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

The hotel is located centrally, near Times Square and metro stations. Great breakfast, we felt the room was bit dirty and had a stale smell. The lifts were also dated and hard to register the button press, too long wait times

Excellent customer service. Got us a pitcher for drinks and electric water boiler for complementary tea. Room was clean and well appointed. Kitchen well stocked and roomy. Great fridge/freezer and counter save excellent. Sitting area was comfortable and roomy. Safe in closet. Bathroom was excellent. Amenities were excellent. View was excellent. Elevator was extremely slow but eventually came. Breakfast was quite good and convenient. Fairly good options. Nice bar/breakfast area. Perfect location and very reasonably priced. I would stay here every time I go to NYC in the future.
