Upon arrival Jenny at the front desk created a phenomenal magical experience for my daughter and myself! We were catapulted into a wonderful holiday spirit! Also the concierge made a reservation for us prior to our Lion King show....the restaurant and staff amazing! Delicious! We were early and they did but rush us and Stefano gave me a pen for our traditional hang man games. The VIP experience watching thanksgiving parade was FABULOUS! Hot chocolate and marshmallows, security smiling and the front door man noticed it was too packed up front so he brought us to the side so my daughter had prime views of Bluey! Thank YOU this was much needed we needed our spirits lifted....see you soon

The room felt a bit outdated, and some areas were not properly cleaned, such as the curtains and the shower. One of the blackout blinds also didn’t work. Check-in was scheduled for 4:00 PM, and although we arrived with the hotel car directly from the airport, we still had to wait over an hour for our room to be ready. Breakfast was okay — it’s à la carte only and a bit overpriced for the quality offered. The gym, on the other hand, was excellent: clean, spacious, and well equipped with high-quality machines. The common areas were tidy and well maintained.

the experience was fantastic from the minute we walked in the door. The spa services was amazing, the staff was attentive, very clean hotel, bedroom ,big bathroom. we loved our stay, the gym was clean, emasculate, nice and moderate size and a nice movement separate gym.

Really enjoyed our stay, especially the location which is directly across the street from Central Park. We had a beautiful of the park each morning. Convenient to so much. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Delightful and pleasant stay

For our annual January return to NYC we opted to stay at the Ritz Carlton Central Park and were delighted it was as nice/quality and elegant as it has been for a past stay. It is our first choice for the future.

Our particular room smelled like smoke. Someone was definitely smoking cigarettes there before us and I guess they couldn’t get the smell out. Room was otherwise clean. Everything is dated in the room, carpet looks old.

The absolute best! Exceptional customer service. They go above and beyond to make sure you know you are loved and welcome! The premises are gorgeous! The room is immaculate. I don’t want to ever stay anywhere else again. Beyond five stars!!!!

The staff at the ritz is always top notch. Thank you! The tv in my room needs an upgrade though. Very old fashioned. I couldn’t cast shows to it and the audio was very poor. Other than that, everything was so amazing.
