The location was great, safe, quiet and secure. The Hotel is really outdated, the rooms' maintenance is the bare minimum necessary so they can be rented. We had a room with AC broken, spend a night and they did not change us to another room, next day they found a replacement room so we moved and had AC working but only one set of towels for 2 people. I had to talk to at least 5 different employees at the from desk in order to get my complaint heard and processed. No one seems to be accountable. They only supply enough body wash and shampoo for 1 person 1 day, then it runs out. No wifi working in the property. Will NEVER EVER STAY THERE AGAIN. The manager offer me a compensation for the night with no AC at 78 Degrees and never credit a dime, no even a bottle of water.

The AC unit in our room was broken and there was no effort to address the situation. The front desk staff informed us that it was known the AC was not working and was not repairable, but the room was rented anyway. At least 3 other customers had the same issue. Temp in the room - 83 degrees

I truly liked the hotel and the staff. However, to accept my reservation and give me a room when they knew that the AC and the wi-fi and the cable tv was not working was just wrong. They should have contacted me to let me know they were overbooked and had these issues before my trip. This showed me that they did not respect me and my plans. Very poor customer service.

I recently stayed here and had a very disappointing experience. Despite having paid for WiFi, there was no internet connection throughout my stay. This was incredibly inconvenient, as I needed to work remotely. To make matters worse, no one is responding now to my emails seeking a compensation, which was offered on site. The lack of communication and support from the hotel staff is disappointing. I expected better service and basic amenities to be functional.

Would not recommend. Most of the lights in our room did not work. Bathroom mirror only had one side that lit up. Vanity mirror did not light up at all. Phone did not work, wifi and tv were "out of service" the entire time we there. No wash cloths in the bathroom and towels were paper thin. Shower did not drain. Hand soap was the size of a nickel. Seemed like no thought whatsoever went into preparing the rooms. Will not stay there again and would not recommend.

No working phone, no towels when we arrived & were told we would get at 11am. Wi-Fi didn’t work for 48 which also included the tv. No coffee pot, no Kleenex, no working gym. Just disappointing.
