The hotel is lovely, clean and updated. The front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our room was very pretty and charming, very clean, and had everything we expected, except there was no flat sheet on the bed. We asked for a flat sheet and a pillow from the front desk person who typed our request onto the lobby computer. We were told there was not 24 hour housekeeping, but we could wait until morning. We never received either a flat sheet or extra pillow.

Nice small hotel in an old building so it’s built well and very quiet with great black-out shades. This is a great option on the UES if you need a good nights sleep. My room was small but clean with a nice layout for the space. Excellent room for sleeping. Parking garage next door.
