The room was spotless, all the staff were helpful and courteous. Madison the manager went out of her way to accommodate us when there was a small maintenance issue which meant we were not able to stay in the room we had booked. She was very helpful and found us a delightful accommodation, making the 5 day stay a warm and welcoming experience. I will be booking here again.

We have stayed many times at this hotel over the years, and this time was the best! Perfect experience with great hotel staff and a really good vibe. A special shout out to Tarik who booked us in and to all the team covering the evening food and drink service - they were brilliant. Best hidden gem in nyc

I kind of don’t want to give the review this hotel is due bc it’s such a hidden gem, but this is my favorite hotel in Manhattan. The happy hour and breakfast are such a nice amenity and the room was lovely and clean and stylish. Such a treat to stay here!

Great hotel & location

It was a great stay. The hotel is lovely , with large comfortable rooms. I always have loved the breakfast on the terrace. The only room for improvement is in the bathroom- it needs a refresh and better lighting- for women to apply makeup;) This is probably our third or fourth visit
