"Air condition wasn’t working at all so I had to open the window to get some air in the room and it was so loud. I couldn’t sleep the entire night. The overall condition of the hotel is not great."

"There is no parking. I was very uncomfortable walking alone from my car, in the far parking lot that I had to pay for. Person who checked me in wasn’t directly rude but was very curt. "

"We were there because it is right next to Albany Medical Center. They were extremely helpful. It was restful and provides a bit of sanity when you need it due to a family member that is going to the hospital for surgery. This is where you want to be."

"Didn't know there was a $20 charge for parking. You could also hear other hotel guests in the next room. Also hear alot of slamming doors whwn trying to sleep. "
