Postage-size fridge didn’t have a freezer (the staff stored our ice cream in the freezer by the main desk); did not even have a microwave (forced to use the one on the main floor); breakfast not included & way overpriced. No restaurant easily accessible by foot for breakfast (in the heat). STAFF, however, were exceptional. Helpful, kind, professional. Anetra was especially helpful and personable.
