I like how welcoming the staff was and how willing they were to help. I wish there was something about a refundable deposit on third party website when making a reservation. Overall my room was clean and tidy. The only flaw was bathroom light switch was broken a bit.

Worst experience after arriving on a late flight. I was informed that my room that was paid and reserved months in advance had been cancelled because they over booked. What was their solution? To tell me if I did not get off the property they would call the police on me and my family, what a joke of a staff. No sympathy from any of the staff and unwilling to resolve the situation. Leaving us spending the night outside.

Shuttle service was excellent. Check in was okay for me, but moot so much for 8-10 in line behind me. There was only one receptionist. There was another person there but she “seemed” not to be concerned that there was a line almost out of the door. She can out and completed a reservation, but made no attempt to assist or at least apologize to the guests for the wait. I was fine because I was second in line. It was almost midnight!

The Crowne Plaza is very conveniently placed relative to the airport, at least some parking lots (I use ABC, from which I can see the hotel), and routes leading to major highways (e.g., 78, 80). On my latest visit, I found the room clean, the staff helpful, the hotel quiet, and the shower great. The one thing that bothered me was the $22 daily charge for parking, which I think is relatively new.

The hotel was right by the airport so as expected it was a pretty industrial, ugly area with lots of noise. All of that would have been fine, but I had a terrible nights sleep. The hot water in the shower only lasted about 60 seconds (leaving me freezing cold), the walls were very thin and there were loud people in the hallway. To top it off, the EXTREMELY loud room phone rang at 1:50 am and woke me up. I had definitely not ordered a wake up call. At least the room seemed clean and the bed was fairly comfortable.
