dont stay here if you can afford a better place

staff is friendly but short staffed, never got my toilet paper Phone is never picked up or a really long wait. restaurant and pool closed, although not mentioned when booking it. shuttle just takes you to train, not to terminal. I would suggest getting a better hotel, this is really run down

Not a pleasant place to stay with the dirty rooms. Bathrooms were not well kept and the room was damp. the sheets were also very damp. The room also hadn't been cleaned well as hair remained from previous users.

The shuttle took awhile to come and it was hard to get in touch with hotel. But it did finally come after 30-40 minutes. Hotel check in employee was great and friendly. Hotel is older, going through a renovation. However, my room was fine. Clean and comfortable bed. I saved some money at this hotel so didn't mind staying there. Some people who might expect more should pay more money for a nicer hotel.

I don't think the room was prep right, lack of towels, cups. This hotel is in an industrial area with no shops, restaurants within walking distance, and we drove quite a bit to find a place to eat. It is in a rough neighborhood. Disappointed!

came in on a Friday to be greeted by ladies of the night passed out at the hotel. They are doing some renovations to the hotel. But the room AC was not working properly for some reason there was tons of flies in the room. I called for some information to the front desk and nobody answered. They were so overwhelmed at the front desk but very friendly under the circumstances. Wish they would put a charging station for electric cars.

Very dirty and broken down. Carpets very warn and soft spots. Room dirty had to clean and sanitize surfaces. Would never stay here again. At a $250 rate I expected more from Wyndham and hotel.com. Fire hazard outlets with no cover and cheap illegal power cords.

Canceled flight

This place is old and dirty. My flight was canceled, so I had to stay overnight. The lobby was filthy, hot and there was a line of 10 people ahead of me and at least 8 behind me. It took 45 min to check in. I wouldn’t take a shower because the tub and wall tiles were dirty. The mirror in the bathroom is falling off the wall. I would not recommend this place.

Front desk staff did not speak to customers with a good tone. No water bottle in the rooms. They said they ran out! The tv didn’t work. The carpet in the room was not clean. No one was at the front desk in the early hours of the morning.
