We arrived at 4pm and our room wasn’t ready but the lady at reception was super apologetic and gave us a complimentary beer and parking while we waited. Great for a stop over stay, decent location, you get what you pay for in terms of quality though

Location is excellent. The facility inside were 20 yrs ago style. The mug are very dirty. Given the cheaper price, this is a ok. The buffet break only 17 bucks/pp, this is very reasonable. One night say is ok.

My daughter and I came through for an event, and we absolutely loved staying at Ibis Newcastle. Staff were super nice and everything from booking, check in and out was handled perfectly. We will definitely be back for another stay or two.

This is what you expect of an Ibis property, clean, compact and perfectly suited to my needs for an overnight stay. The staff were extremely responsive, when there was a problem with the first room they sent me to, the problem was rectified immediately and they added some complimentary wine and parking. There is transport into the centre of Newcastle if needed, though its not far to walk to Pubs, Clubs and shopping centres.
