"Staff was great both on check in check out. Spoke to a lovely housekeeping lady. Forgot her name but I believe she said she was Nepalese ( if that helps to give her kudos). She was very welcoming and great to talk to. Front desk staff as well were great on both check in and out! Parking was great and plentiful. Room was newly renovated. Loved that it was pet free!!!! That is hard to come by these days. We are very allergic to dogs and cats so we appreciated that more than anything else! Breakfast-watermelon slices were a great touch. Food allergies do couldn't eat much. But fruits yogurt and hard boiled egg a good choice!"

"Stay was lovely, only concerns were a limited menu variety for restaurant and the included pool facility was dated and underwhelming, spa facilities looked spectacular, but availability wasn't compatible for my existing stay."
