“Communication was very frustrating as despite messaging via Hotels.com (once it had been booked - 3 months before our stay)and then later by a bit of detective work emailing directly. This was just to get details i.e. postcode, info re local places to eat etc, the first communication was at 5.45pm on the day of check in i.e. after the check in time of 2pm. “very small but efficient space. Almost too tiny to accommodate two for a longer period of time. Great location for transit restaurants and close to the water. Very quiet and comfortable. No complaints but little amenities in location and my female partner did complain about size. She is not used to European spaces.”
