"The rooms were very spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and they had a meet n greet for the guests which was such a pleasant surprise. I love the emphasis on community and coming together. Great job! I would absolutely stay here again and i am already planning my next trip. "

"The overall cleanliness appeared good until we got in bed and lifted up the comforter, we could see mold through the middle of it between the top and bottom layers in the stuffing part. It was late at night and didn't go downstairs to get another one because the wait time for the elevators was 15ish minutes. The indoor pool was cold (we stayed in March) so we couldn't swim either. For the price, I honestly expected a little better. "

"Checked in and given room keys. Went to enter room and cleaning staff was standing in the doorway. Room was still being cleaned. Cleaners were rushed to finish. Room was not clean when we entered finally. Trash on the floor. Mirror sticky debris and bathroom sink not wiped clean. Bed was horrible condition, sloped to center so bad you could see it. Paint on shelf in bathroom bubbling and peeling up. Water pipes sounded like world war three when turned water on in sink. None of the staff wear any type of uniform and looked like they just walked in off the street. "
