The staff was helpful while getting everyone checked in on a busy holiday weekend. We didn't use the laundry, but the area looked clean. Our room was clean and ready for us to enjoy the weekend!! There are shops and restaurants nearby

This was a really cute and cozy place to stay! Probably one of my favorites on our two week trip. Coin-operated washer and dryer were available and very helpful to us. Lots of good food places a few blocks over and also just a few blocks from the beach!

The property was clean and fully stocked! Dutch bros is across the street as well as 2 food carts. There is also a really good Thai restaurant right next door. It was a perfect stay for our quick trip.

This was actually a really great hotel in a busy city on Memorial Day weekend. The room was updated, clean and an excellent price. You can walk to many of the shopping districts on Newport from the hotel, and definitely reach the beach. I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a fairly priced option.

This was a small, older looking budget motel. In spite of that, the unit / bathroom / flooring seemed newly remodeled and well designed. Check-in was confusing as owner’s daughter didn’t speak English and she was not friendly. She got her father on the phone and I wasn’t clear if he was talking to her or me. But they did let us check in early and the unit was very clean. The unit below us, which I believe was the owner / manager’s apartment was very noisy with constant bumping and jumping until at least 11:00 pm. I did like some little touches like reading lights. There were no amenities- no pool, no breakfast.

We were in town for a weekend and were out and about most of the time so we chose this motel for its location and price. I agree with the good reviews of this place. Clean, well lit, good location. The staff were helpful and friendly but it took a few rings of the bell to get their attention. My only complaint was the vending machine options. There was no water - only sodas and the nearest store was closed. Because of the motel's location, rooms facing the highway can be loud. The rooms in the back were much quieter. We would stay here again!
