We couldn't go on a tour because of the viris pandemic, but we did the walking tour and the driving tour.
Newport, with it's mansions, beaches, Cliff Walk and harbor scene are not to be missed while visiting RI. A little more than a 30 minute drive from downtown Providence and you're in a whole other world. Don't miss sipping cocktails in the Adirondack chairs on the lawn at Castle Hill.
Head out the back entrance of the hotel with your GPS. You can avoid lots of traffic lights.
Don’t bother walking along Bellevue Avenue, walk the Cliff Walk which takes you behind the mansions
