Parking garage felt very safe with its security cameras etc. The hotel is in the heart of downtown Surrey with several homeless people around making one feel uneasy. The hotel is first class and feels safe."

"This was the worst room I've ever stayed in and the amount of money I paid for it was ridiculous. When I walked in the room door had dents all over in it and was loose the carpets were stained the bedding was stained the jacuzzi was dirty on bottom the shower didn't work right it was so bad I had to check for cockroaches and bed bugs while I was checking the bed for bed bugs the mattress had holes all over on it and cuts along the bottom they had a ice bucket I asked the front desk where did I get ice and he sent me to the motel next door don't ever stay there this is the worst place to stay"
