"When you flush the toilet in bathroom it makes a horrible loud noise. Info on apartment states it has washer and dryer - it does not. It has a washer and a hanging rack. There was still food in fridge and cabinets, was only given 2 towels for 4 people. Beds are close to floor and are horrible. No roller paper in one of the bathrooms. I truly wanted to walk out. "

"Difficult entry as email came after we had left on our journey. Wouldn't use oven, needs a steam clean. Too minimalistic for us..no curtains, no pictures, no mirror in bedroom.. To use with hair dryer. Breakfast poor compared to other places we have stayed in. Milk was frozen in fridge. Broken tiles and mildew in bathroom."

The lady that helped us check in walked me to our room to ensure that I found it alright while my husband parked the car. Everyone was lovely and beyond kind. Very clean room, I didn’t want to leave. "We were made so welcome from our arrival, until we departed. The rooms were lovely and roomy and perfectly clean. There were meal options, you could eat in the dining room or have something simple in the bar area. The city is only ten minutes away and the gardens and surrounding area are perfectly kept and make you feel like you are in the grounds of a stately home. It was perfect for us."
