"This is a beautiful property with great amenities. The room was fantastic with an amazing view of the ocean. The pool area is wonderful with plenty of seating and lots of shade. The restaurant is excellent, both for breakfast and also for other meals. The best thing about this property is the staff. Everyone who works there is friendly and welcoming, and do everything they can to make it a great experience. One staff member in particular, Tien, was wonderful to deal with. She checked us in and kept in contact to see if there was anything that we required or any questions she could answer. Highly recommend a stay at this hotel."

"The hotel provided us with what we needed. Its proximity to the surrounding streets for dining options, shopping and the night market was great. Breakfast options were great providing the choices of western and Asian style food. Airport pick up and drop off was so helpful. "

"2 bedroom Oceanviewに6泊しました。ロケーションが抜群でシェラトンまで道路1本渡るだけですのでダウンタウンの中心にあり便利でした。 毎日お掃除がありバスタオル、ハンドタオル、フェイスタオルなど交換しベッドメイキングもありました。 洗剤はなかったですが洗濯機はありました。(洗剤はフロント受付に言えば渡しますの案内の紙をチェックインの時にもらいました) とにかく清潔で便利で部屋も広々としてビューも良いので家族でのんびりできました。 冷蔵庫や電子レンジも赤ちゃんの離乳食を温めたりするのに便利でした。 フロントは英語でコミュニケーションできて良かったです。 プールは確かに小さめではありますが、飲み物を注文できたり、深さも115cmなので小学5年生でも足が届いて楽しく泳いで遊びました。幼児用の小さいプールもあり、どちらも綺麗でした。ニャチャンにまた訪れる時はまた利用したいと思いました。"
