First of all, I have been traveling with my family 3-4 long trips a year, and have been a night stay our way to Florida, but this hotel made me rethinking on booking again. For the price, I paid around four hundred bucks for two nights, and in return what we got 1/staring staff, they don't greet but just stare at you. During check-in, we tried Hilton's digital keys which never worked, nor our selected room was available, so the Hilton hotel App (Hampton Inn is a part of the chain) is a myth!!! Now for the breakfast, if you arrive around 8:45 am, there is almost NO breakfast at all. I would definitely expect if the breakfast time is 6 to 10, then at 8:45, there must be breakfast available. Today while checking out on June 21, 2025, No muffins, no orange juice and almost NONE available! Expedia and Google just collect the reviews but never sends to their managers or leadership to improve on staffing personnel, breakfast needs and anything else! I paid hefty price for the service we got, 2 adults and 7 years and 11 years kids! Bakwas Hotel!!!!
