This is an ok property. I'd probably stay here again. The room was good, the breakfast was good. The only issue we had was there was no inpection notice on the elevator and it was a bumpy ride and the door seemed really sluggish.

like the fact of being close to the falls and shopping areas and being pet friendly.. dislikes are the room was very dirty and unsanitary. the sheets wasn't clean and or changed and bathroom wasn't cleaned. the water does drain in the shower and there was bugs and spiders in the room

Beds were great ! Breakfast buffet was barely warm and there wasn’t a microwave to heat anything up ? Apples in the buffet were old . Asked for a shower cap at the front desk ( forgot mine ) and they wanted to charge me for it 😡

Had to park in an unlit parking space, hotel parking was limited, cigerrete hole in the sheet. Bathroom walls looks they weren't whiped down.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.I think that more effort can be put into the ambiance of the establishment. From you enter the front door there was an awful stench as if the area was just moped using dirty water.The stench of what could be from wet carpeting was very evident..A little more effort into cleanliness would be good.We stayed for four nights and outta those nights the pool was closed for two.

Very clean!! And family friendly. The guy that works there was very attentive amd responsive!!! They had a lot of option for breakfast also. My kids had a blast . Pool was clean too! Will come back again . I recommend it 100%
