The property amenities were a bit dated and off-site parking threw us for a loop. That being said, the room was very clean, the staff was helpful, and the view is unmatched! Its a bit of a walk to the falls themselves, however, the town felt safe and had many souvenir and food options.

I like the location of Radisson close to the falls. The front desk staffs are all nice, very professional. The parking attendant is very helpful. He assisted us in finding the parking spot. His customer service is excellent. All in all I was satisfied with my stay at Radisson. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Niagara Falls.

The booking said there will be queen beds but these were double beds. AC was broken and had a opening which is not pleasing to the eye and not safe for my 6 year old.Thermostat was not functioning properly had to try multiple times to get it going.it was told Falls View but the room view was entirely different from what was shown in the pictures. We thought we wasted out entire money by staying here. I don’t think we will ever come back and book this place.

I really like this hotel and their service. I booked a hotel at a Falls vewi room. It was fantastic and specatular. The only problem is that they charged me for parking per night, but it's understandable. Other than that, all the staffs are very friendly to assist the guests.

Staff are great however the rooms are outdated plus the bathroom sink lever was broken…the hotel needs a complete remodel. Oh, if the front parking lot is full you would need to walk minutes offsite.

This is the fifth time my daughter our family dog and I have visited Niagara Falls. This time around we spent a week there. At the Radisson Hotel it was very clean , the staff were extremely nice , respectful, very friendy. The staff cleaned extremely well. There is plenty of olaces to shop and or eat at. Yes it could be costly but for the cost it was alor of food. Bus wise it was a bit of a wait time. Tou coyld get the bus from the hotel down to Niagara Falls instead of walking down then back up the hill
