Niagara Falls - Western New York, New York hotel rooms at the La Quinta Inn & Suites

"Room was charming! Bed was awful! Get a better mattress that isn’t hard as a rock and everything would have been perfect! "

"After reviewing expedia and google reviews, which were positive overall, a group of friends decided to book rooms here for a weekend away. We fell for the reasonable room rate and the fore mentioned positive reviews. I have no idea who is giving this place an 8?!?! After an inital room change because of conditions, there were still multiple complaints including cigarette and weed smoking that traveled through the hallways and rooms even! Apparently it was renovated in 2021, but is showing some serious wear and tear..If it weren't for the realtively friendly but mostly non english speaking room staff and Wingnutz next door, there would be nothing to hold this hotel up. I cant believe they still operate like this. I hate to say it but spend the extra money and find something clean, respectable and maybe even a breakfast! We won't fall for the rate again!"

"I could not sleep the first night. It was so hot and there is no individual room temperature control. It’s really not ok, especially at the price you pay! Just because 69 is good for some, doesn’t mean it’s good for everyone! I was trying to get it lower to no avail. In addition the shower bath water was not going down. When you are showering the water is standing, which is disgusting. This needs fixing asap!"
