This hotel was a gig disappointment. The room had broken AC and the assistant manager did not wanted to change our room. I had wait for an hour to get him to do it. Also, the towels looked very dirty and were wet when we had come to the room.

Excellent location. lovely rooftop and pool, good food and clean rooms. However, service could be better on rooftop, staff a bit slow and not forthcoming at times. Also, although buffet breakfast is good it could have more on offer. It wouldn’t stop me staying again though! The location and rooftop are excellent.

For a relatively expensive hotel, this is really very average. Showers that ran hot and cold constantly. Paper cups in the room for hot drinks and water. The rooms are ok but really nothing special. But the rooftop pool / bar / restaurant is fantastic!

I was really looking forward to the hotel when I saw the picture, but I was very disappointed when I actually went and stayed. It's so different from the advertisement in the picture. And the breakfast buffet menu was so terrible.

Closet was small. Not much room for folded clothes. No drawers. Main problem is that the shower temperature change from hot to cold (extreme) without touching the shower controls. Breakfast was good. Pool on the roof was great. So was the restaurant up there with the pool.
