Hotel De Provence

Cannes City Centre

10/10 Excellent

I enjoyed my 4 nights stay at Hotel De Provence. This hotel is a block from Rue D'Antibes (main shopping center) and maybe two blocks from the beach. Near to restaurants and everything Cannes has to offer. Jean was gracious, and helpful with directions to the nearest attractions. Slavica was also attentive and both speak good english. I was originally assigned to a smaller back room, which was very cozy, however, was comfortable, had hot shower, bed and pillows were good. He offered to move...

This has been a true experience - it seemed like the good old days when checking in the hotel. Staff was fantastic: they were expecting us, so the whole process was very fast. They walked us in the room; explained how everything worked; recommended a fantastic restaurant and did the reservation for us. The view was breathtaking - no better word to describe it. We got the room with the sea view, which I totally recommend. It seems like you are looking at a painting and it really made my day...

Stayed for one night as I was moving out of my apartment. I had an early flight the next day and they were very accommodating. One man at the front desk was extremely helpful in weighing my very heavy luggage, and bringing it to my room. Only complaint was the luggage stand was broken when I got in there, but not an issue as my smaller bag had all the items I needed. Nothing to do with the hotel but if you are like me and have a lot of luggage, getting an uber to the airport in the morning is...

This was our 1st trip to Nice for a period of 4 days over the Christmas holiday and my family loved this hotel so much that my daughter wanted to write this review, which is enclosed below. "We loved it because it was very beautiful with all of the Christmas lights and the lovely beach only a few steps away. Electric scooters were rentable for a fun, convenient stroll. The front desk gave us ornaments to welcome us on our first day which was Christmas. In fact, we were upgraded to a...

Cavendish

Cannes City Centre

10/10 Excellent

Of all the hotels on a 10-day Euro holiday, my friends and I were most impressed with Hotel Le Cavendish. The hotel has the perfect location for exploring Cannes as it’s a bit off the water yet still a 10 minute walk to the Le Suquet (Old Town), La Croisette, and beaches. There is also a nice grocery store across the street and numerous cafes immediately adjacent. The rooms are decorated in an elegant yet fresh style and are generously sized for Europe. They also feature black-out shades and...
