Great staff and when you arrive late they leave specific instructions on how to get to your room and it’s pretty easy. I just didn’t love the fact that you have to go down to the first floor if you need to use the iron and bring with you your clothes.

The H33 Hotel is conveniently located in a very central part of the city which is a huge plus. The check-in was seamless, the room clean and comfortable. Walking to the old city, business centers, shopping district or the beach is easy and just a few minutes in any direction of the hotel. As a budget hotel, the H33 Hotel is a good option.

Lovely Balcony and Great Location

This hotel is in an excellent location, near Durandy tram stop and the Jean Medicin stop. Very close to the Sens restaurant which served the best dinner during my stay. Also next door to Eatsa, a truly great meal and La Popote for a great cafe au lait and pain au chocolat.

You get what you pay for , room very clean , unfortunately no shower curtain or plug in the sink , but we manged , room a little cold , when window open its very noisy but once closed didnt disturb my sleep , good location , staff very nice.

Although slightly tired grey decor, the staff were lovely, and the rooms very clean. Situated a 10mins walk from main shopping street, it was very convenient too. Room at the front had balcony but traffic noise, room at the back peaceful. Breakfast is available, cereal, pastries etc, but €14 seemed expensive. A very happy and pleasant trip

Surface renovated, actually dated, very loud

The main reason for my scoring is that the reception was not 24h so you had to lock yourself in with a code, the whole hotel was very dated (the power outlets for example don't give full power so charging takes for ever), and the walls are paper thin. I would wake up a LOT in this hotel from the smallest noises in other rooms or in the hallway.

The H33 hotel was undergoing some renovation during the time of our week long stay in May 2022 which is admittedly needed and it will be much nice after. This hotel is no frills which is expected at it's very reasonable daily rate. This is a perfect traveler and tourist hotel close to old city, the beach, and close to trams and trains. It's located in a great neighborhood and 10 mins walk to all the restaurants in old city. If you are looking for a 4 or 5 star hotel than H33 isn't for you, but if you want affordability combined with convenience and great location to explore Nice than this is a great option.

There was no shower curtain and there wasn't a 24-hour attendant. I did find the staff helpful and kind. The bed was nice. I just don't think this was great value and hotels.com marketed it as a 4-star hotel. It was decidedly not that. Call it a 2- or 2.5-star hotel and my expectations would have been met.

This property looks much, much nicer in the images expedia shows. When I arrived, we were able to drop our bags early but the service was very minimal. When I came back later to check in, I got to the room and the floor was dirty and the desk was also dirty. This was not too big of an issue but not great. The walls are also extremely thin so you can hear every conversation and every door that is opened or closed. I then noticed that there were a lot of ants on the floor (we were on the fourth floor). I went into the bathroom to get some toilet paper to kill the ants and nearly cut my foot open on the tile floor because there was a large piece of the tile that was shattered and very sharp. The tile in the bathroom was painted over and was peeling off in certain areas as well which is not how the expedia images look. After killing most of the ants, I contacted the front desk and when they came up, they said they saw no ants. I told them that was because I had killed them all but still wanted them to spray around the room to stop the ants from coming in and they sprayed only on the one ant they saw. Long story short, this property is not like advertised on expedia and I would suggest staying anywhere else. Expedia was absolutely zero help when I reached out to them and made the whole situation worse. Ended up leaving and booking a different hotel for about the same price down the street that was much cleaner, had friendlier staff, and was quieter. Expedia Sucks.
