Major complaints: Noise and check in!!! We had notified them that we would be checking in late at night and the website says 24/7 reception desk, but that is a lie! Luckily we had just bought a French SIM card for our cell phone otherwise we'd have been out of luck. The call box outside does not connection you to the front desk or anyone that can help you. When we called from our cell they gave us the access code to get in the hotel and our room information and key were on top of the desk in front. It was easy, but if you don't have a cell phone you're in trouble. The other thing was the incredibly loud swinging doors. The doors in the hotel have no slow down mechanism, so they're constantly slamming at all hours. The nonsmoking and smoking section are divided by a little swinging door that people are incapable of gently closing. We also heard crying babies. Thin walls, very noisy.
Cleanliness: Not spotless, but clean enough. No funny smells nor big stains. Towels had to be replaced.
Quality of service: Friendly and helpful. Apologetic in the morning
Amenities: The wifi wasn't working properly, but they said they had it. Phone, tv, shelves, closet, possibility of extra towels and pillows, elevator, nonsmoking section (although smelled a bit).
Location: Pretty placed on top of the hills. Nice balcony to enjoy it from. Very quiet area and a bit trecherous to drive to at night. Dark and windy roads. A bit far from town.
