Great Location and Friendly Service

We stayed here for a week with our family during a heatwave. The room’s air conditioning was a lifesaver, providing a cool break during the day and good sleep at night. We had breakfast at the hotel a couple of times — it was decent, basic but varied enough. The hotel was spotless and very well maintained, with no insects or stains anywhere. The service was excellent and always quick. The location is fantastic: a shopping street just a few blocks away, the metro and main train station nearby, and both the beach and old town within walking distance. There’s also a good small grocery store right next door and plenty of restaurants and cafés in the area. The neighborhood felt calm and safe, even at night. One thing to note is that the hotel doesn’t have an elevator, so guests with limited mobility should keep this in mind.

Et fantastisk fint hotel. Fantastiske og højt engagerede medarbejdere og ejere, skønt nabolag med alm. franskmænd, børn der går vejen forbi til deres skoler, franske hverdagsliv, små butikker og gode spisesteder. Tæt på skøn bio park, med kæmpe trælegeredakaber og plads til børn. Anbefales respektfulde, stilfærdige rejsende der også giver noget igen af interesse, for stedet, nabolaget, byen. Som rejsende er man gæst og bør have sans for at det er andre menneskers by og liv man træder ind i.

The hotel is very conveniently located. Staff were super helpful even though we came late for check in. They also supplied us with kettle and tea cups for tea as my wife was feeling a bit unwell. Check out was easy and we were able to leave our bags at reception.

We have stayed at this hotel several times, it always welcoming in a great location for spending a few days in Nice. Near Train station and Trams and places to eat. Best for beach or town shopping.

Helt greit hotell i hjertet av Nice

Et sentralt hotell i hjertet av Nice. Hotellet ligger sentralt med bare gåavstand til både strand og shopping. Selve hotellets standard var helt ok. Hotellrommet var helt greit til noen dagers bruk. Sengen var litt hard, og kunne gjerne hatt dyne i stedet for trekk. Badet kunne trengt å blitt oppusset. Det var masse sorte prikker og flekker i taket på badet. Samt var det «klaser» av sorte/grå flekker på veggene, lignet mugg. I tillegg var det en del døde mygg i taket. Dusjen kunne vært større. Toalettet var tregt, man måtte skylle ned flere ganger pga vanntrykket var dårlig. Rommet kunne gjerne vært utstyrt med kjøleskap. Aircondition fungerte utmerket. Til prisen var rommet helt greit, men renhold er noe de bør jobbe med. Det var skikkelig skittent med/under sengen.

環境非常好，方便到尼斯機場，也方便尼斯火車站、市區，走路到著名的海邊景點都不遠。舒適的床鋪與枕頭，還有兩面的對外窗戶。我還會想再來！不過這邊沒電梯，需要考慮。入住時熱心的幫助我搬運了
