“Very good staff , the service is just perfect ”

“Perfect for business trip and also vacation if you wish to look around the old city and Nicosia. Situated on a quiet street across the Central Bank of Cyprus it is close to many financial institutions and also the old city. The facilities are excellent with a gym on 2nd basement floor and the room is quiet spacious and nicely & neatly furbished with all the appliances. The staff is also helpful and ready to assist. Good name among businessmen who visit Nicosia regularly and also to taxi drivers.”

“The location was just what I wanted - all the places in Nicosia I wanted to visit were within a reasonable walk - the art gallery and museum were 20 minutes walk, the Old Town about 30, the crossing to North Nicosia about 40, and best of all the municipal park with peacocks, and river walk were only 10 minutes away. There were also nice restaurants and bars just accross the road. The main bus station for the airport was about 3 miles away so it needed another bus or taxi to get there and once...

“The location was perfect for walking around, finding great food and fabulous sights. Breakfast was delicious. Our only wish was that the pool area was open to sit around (it is truly too cold to swim now), but the pool area is gorgeous.”

“the hotel is fine for this budget - you can not expect anything special, but beds are fine, room was clean, all the small issues were ok - towels, water, noises - nothing here to complain. But stuff - this is a separate question. Not friendly, not polite, they are treating you as they are forced to. No smiles, no attention to details. Like bad robots. As a sample - i asked for wake-up call, and did not get it))). So missed the breakfast which was included in my rate. On check-out - just one...

“ゴールデンウィークのキプロス旅行の１・２泊目の宿泊先として利用したが、事前の調べどおりニコシアのメインストリートや、旧市街内の各観光スポットが徒歩圏内にあり、観光の拠点として最適だった。また、チェックアウト後に次の宿泊先のリマソルに向かう折も、インターシティのバスターミナルに近くスムーズに移動できた。 ホテル内の設備は、東ヨーロッパの４つ星ホテルとしては標準的で、特に可もなく不可もなく快適に過ごせた。日本人ツアー客がよく利用するホテルということもあり、最初に予約している部屋のクラスに間違いがあったことを除いて、全体に安心できる対応だったように思う。”

“La doccia non aveva acqua calda, nessuno dei due dossatori di sapone liquido funzionava, non c'era asciugacapelli e la camera non era pulitissima. Non c'e' la reception dunque se succede qualcosa (tipo aver bisogno di un fon o un taxi) non c'e modo di risolvere in tempo breve. Le camere non vengono pulite ogni giorno, nemmeno ogni due giorni.”
