“Beautiful property, clean air conditioned rooms, gorgeous views! Good breakfast. The only reason I would give less than5 stars all the way was that the parking was tight and not very easy to get your luggage to the rooms. Stairs in one area and gravel. Bioluminescence tour was so cool!”

“Honestly we felt catfished by this hotel. When we booked we thought the hotel looked amazing, but when we arrived we felt deceived. I can list all the horrible things we experienced starting with their towel policy. They give you tickets for pool towels which you can only get from the front desk which is across the street from our room. If you lose the towel or the ticket you have to pay $20 so that added extra stress to our stay. The hotel room is filled with bugs which sneak in under the front...
