Food choices could be improved on: avoid canned fruits, use fresh fruit for yoghurt etc. Improve selection of cheeses and meet ( too much charcuterie- use ham and fish) Selection of hot items are particularly unhealthy ( saussages, beans, even scambled eggs out of the tube….; offer baked tomatoes, soft boiled eggs, baked mushrooms…)"

My husband used the gym, which is on the smaller side but brand new, Rooms are quiet, mattress was excellent and firm - we slept very well. Overall a superb hotel in the hills above the Rhine. Highly recommend!"
