"Receptionist treated me like I’m second grade class. They’ve put me in different building as like they’ve said they got more families with more kids so I don’t recommend to go there if you are a single parent with 1 child!!! Also be careful where you rent ski equipment as the guys working there are not helpful at all…."

"The operation of the hotel is little strange. We had to leave very early to catch our train around 7:30 am. My husband went outside to load our luggages to the car. He couldn’t back inside. He had his room key with him. The door is locked on e you are outside and couldn’t be opened with a toom key. The staff inside the restaurant just watching him even gave him dirty look that gave impression “go away”. Luckily that i was still inside rhe hotel. He called me and i had to go down and open the...
