"This hotel was fantastic, from the staff (extremely friendly and accommodating), to the hotel rooms (beds comfortable, pillows/sheets super soft, space decorated nicely), to the amenities (spa). We had the half board added onto our package which meant we got breakfast and dinner. The breakfast was a buffet style; with a ton of delicious options to select from. The lady attending breakfast was extremely friendly and attentive. We assumed the dinner would be similar to breakfast; buffet style but were pleasantly surprised as it was a seated dinner where you selected from the half board menu. The dinner every day was remarkable. If you are planning on travelling to this area I highly recommend staying here as you will not be disappointed! "

I have visited this hotel several times, and she is truly genuine in her care for her guests. She makes you feel so welcome, and at home. It is my husbands first visit, and he adores the hotel. "We stayed in the spa area and wow the room was big and amazing! My favorite room of all time. The service matched, everyone so polite and kind. We stayed for three days which was not enough. Ate at two of the restaurants both amazing and even bought a sweater at the shop to stay warm on the Jungfraujoch “Top of Europe”. This is the place to stay no question. Wish we would have booked more time at this hotel!"

"This hotel is gorgeous! Super clean and bright! Breakfast is free and offers so many choices at the buffet or thrill make you an omelet or French toast. Coffee is yummy. They also have a room with a bar , and also a room dedicated as a cigar room! The hotel is super close to the train station, maybe a 5 minute walk. Close to the center of town and easily walkable. We felt safe at night. The staff is very helpful and the hotel was quiet and well maintained. The room got warm even though we turned the heat off and opened the door. But it wasn’t unmanageable. We were there when it was cooler so we liked having a balcony to get that fresh air. I’d recommend and stay here again without any hesitation. "

"Cute hotel, chalet-style made the Switzerland trip even more special. Perfect location a nice walk to the train station ot bus stop right across the street. Walking distance to restaurants, COOP and a pharmacy. On the same street as the bus going towards Thun as well. Staff at the front desk were amazing and helpful for any questions or issues we had. Area was so quiet too. Breakfast had enough options for food. Price of the hotel was decent. "
