I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was really helpful and courteous, and I was able to do my check in before the time it was scheduled for. I really appreciated it.
The location of the hotel is great and close to everything.
Nice and clean accomodations.
Good location for exploring Nimes, while also being close enough to the train station for day trips/ arriving or departing by train. Room was clean, beds were comfortable.
Beautifully refurbished hotel with every comfort, including a mini-fridge. The chaise/sofa is a nice touch to hang out rather than on the bed. Bathroom is lovely with a spacious walk in shower. For light sleepers, there is a door separating the corridor from the wardrobe/bathroom area and the bedroom so you have two doors between you and any noisy people in the corridor. The location is amazing, 5 mins walk from the station and right there in the middle of the town - the Roman arena is literally across the square from the hotel. The lobby area is also really comfortable with lots of places to relax.
We stayed only 1 night there but it was amazing. Especially the Lady at the front desk: Yasmine was amazing and gave us a lot of recommendation to visit and where to eat.
It was amazing!

Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff, amazing location moments walk from the amphitheater and excellent breakfast (free for children!). Rooms need some modernising but they were clean and comfortable.
This is a nice hotel in an easy access location about a 10 minute walk from Nimes Centre Station. It is also about a 10 minute walk from the hotel to the Amphitheatre. Close to nice restaurants and all the touristy bits.
The hotel is centrally located, useful for sightseeing and finding restaurants/cafes. The rooms are clean and generally ok. The shower was slightly broken in the room which was annoying. I would avoid the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. It was overpriced, not great choice and it was badly managed. Overall I would not stay here again. There are better Novotel hotel. This one was disappointing.

Restaurant was pitiful, airport style, waiter was too worried about queening to serve properly and threw the food on the table, yet wanted an extra tip ( service was already included).
2 star at most. Location perfect though!

2 nights there for the nîmes archery tournament. Nice hotel in the city center, nice and helpful people there. Getting a bit old.
Positives:
Excellent location, great air con, comfy bed. Friendly staff.
Negatives:
TV remote didn’t work, sink and bath took a long time to drain, needed unblocking, soaps not topped up, housekeeping needs to be a bit more thorough, rooms a little dated.
I couldn’t find anything to complain about, which makes a change. I had the best breakfast and the best night’s sleep of my entire trip to the south of France and the man on reception tried to communicate properly with me.
The TV worked and my room had a sofa for me to lounge about on. I’m going to look for a room here the next time I go to nimes.
The hotel belongs to a well-known French group and that is a guarantee. Staff was helpful and the laundry was so efficient to get my clothes ready for the day after. My room was quiet and they have a private car park down the lobby. A good address for those who want to stay downtown without spending a fortune
