"The restaurant smell and smoke from the pizza oven often reached our room, which was very difficult for me as I have a respiratory allergy. The pillows were also very uncomfortable, so I couldn't sleep well. We booked two nights but wanted to cancel one due to these issues; however, we were told no refund was possible. In addition, the walls were poorly insulated, and noise from neighboring rooms was easily heard. for one night its ok"
