"The hotel was a great central point to stay and the staff went out of their way accommodating us w scooters bicycles. Top notch! Also the rooms were cleaned everyday. The only comment I might make for improvement woukd be to have hot eggs and such for the western Visio👍"

"I stayed in the mountain view cabin which was lovely. The only negative is the seating areas are bean bags which is not easy to get in or out off when you are older! When we checked in i was so grateful to Lucas who gave us so much information on the area and was great throughout our stay. The pool looked lovely although i didn't use it as i was out most days. The breakfast was good with plenty of variety and dinner was delicious. The peacefulness of the Fairy Mountain Retreat is awesome and so appreciated after being in the cities. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are going to Ninh Binh. "

"This apartment was great. Check in and out was super simple. The staff were very helpful and responsive. There was a language barrier, but it was easily overcome with google translate. The washing machine worked great, and there was a drying rack for the clothes. Would definitely recommend."

"Room was fine but we asked to book another night when we arrived which was apparently fine but the room wasn't booked so we had to take a more expensive room the next day. There was a staff party in the floor right below us on our 1st night which is ofcourse fine but we had had a full day and we were not notified of this and it would have been nice if they had just put us up a floor or two so it wasnt so loud."
