"I would like to express how deeply unsatisfied I am with my stay. On arrival the member of staff who was on the front desk seemed confused with my booking email. After 10- 15 mins of waiting I was then told that there was no hot water in the room which was being allocated to us. When we were showed to the room it was full of damp, my partner is asthmatic and I tried to tell the person on reception. The language barrier was quite apparent and I was told ‘no rooms’. "Magnificent views. Lovely staff. Under no circumstances book a street side room. Very noisy and ultra small. Beware you need to shower at night. Cold water in the mornings. Breakfast adequate. Restaurant ,shocking. Evening Margaritas fantastic for the price .Staff very friendly. Be aware u cannot book to your room. Cash only If we were to return would book ocean side room with the great views Great pool. "

"In the heart of the town. Very clean and there were no ants. The only thing was no elevator however the staff took our luggage up/down. Food was wonderful. Staff was wonderful even though they were so busy. "
