"Generally very good experience. The room is spacious and great. A decent restaurant on site is also very beneficial to the traveling experience. Also, I like the idea that they provide some food and drinks for those who need to check out before the start of buffet breakfast. Shuttle service is reliable. A few things that could be improved: The shower experience is a little bit disappointing: It was a bit challenging to adjust the faucet to the right angle; the water was not that hot; and that there was a long hair on the faucet. Also, the morning call service that I requested and the front desk noted down was not provided (it did not cause any trouble though, as I also set alarms myself). And while I was told that the hotel would prepare packed breakfast for me, I only learned upon checkout that there would be no packed breakfast but something for us to grab ourselves (similarly, it did not really cause inconvenience, but it is somehow annoying when there is a gap between what was promised and what was provided). In general, I think the service is worth the price. And I will definitely consider booking this place again next time I travel to France."

"This is my second time staying here while visiting from the U.S., and it will always be my go-to hotel. The property is exceptionally clean, and the staff is incredibly welcoming and inviting. I love that they have my favorite childhood games along with an amazing lounge area to relax in. The food is great and very reasonably priced, which makes the experience even better. I truly enjoy staying here and always feel comfortable and at home."
