"Had a lovely stay at the property but there were a few annoying points. Leading up to the stay I tried to contact them via Expedia and email to request ground floor access but got no response! Parking spaces are very tight, even with a reasonably small car, very difficult getting in and out, almost impossible with a baby. The property was generally very clean but there were some stains on walls and ceilings etc. and could have done with a refresh. Kitchen was well equipped but as with other...

"My family and I stayed for 5 days at the residence (not at the hotel). The duplex apartment had seen better days and was not very clean but it was functional with a large balcony. Ker Juliet is a bit away from downtown Pornichet but next to a beautiful beach and walkway along a cliff. There are also a few stores nearby (bakery, boucherie, grocery store). "Second visit to these apartments, staff are brilliant. Apartments are clean and tidy. Pool isn’t heated but it’s perfect for the hot weather, we were always able to get a lounger and had lots of fun days by the pool. Highly recommend using their service for bakery items delivered to reception. Lovely beach down the road and not too far of a walk into town. Lidls isn’t far away. We loved the table tennis table. I would recommend bringing an air fryer if you’re planning on doing a lot of cooking, we found it a lot easier to use this. "

"A lovely hotel set right on the beach with beautiful views. We chose it for the Tati connection. Friendly staff and a comfortable room with terrace. Pretty little town which felt safe and welcoming. It was a shame there was no drinks fridge in the room, as it was so hot and the parasol was out of order. We had an excellent stay, visiting Pornichet market, La Baule, Gerande and Le Croisic. Lovely swims in the sea."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast twice while we were there, plenty of options available. The restaurant and bar were unfotunately closed so we had to drive if we didnt want to cook, as the hotel is a little tucked away. The room itself was very nice and the kitchenette was well equiped. The only downside was there wasn't anywhere to sit and eat,the balcony chairs had seen better days and only had a small drinks table and inside was a a sofa with a glass coffee table so you would need a tray to eat on your lap. There was a writing desk with a tv, but only one chair. The bed was very comfotable and the bathroom was a good size. Overall a nice stay."

"We stayed as a family of four, and had a wonderful time. We’d never been to Pornichet and didn’t know where to stay, but couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean and the facilities were good, and the staff were all so friendly and helpful! The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the beach and to local hospitality spots. We would definitely visit again and would recommend to others!"
