Lovely, friendly staff.

This place is amazing. The staff was so helpful. The buffet breakfast was amazing.The only issue is the shower set up was not good so when you had a shower water went everywhere other than that. I highly recommend this property. Pool was beautiful.

The hotel and room were very clean, and the staff were generally helpful. However, it seems that not all staff fully understand what “gluten-free” means. I became unwell after being told that the vegetarian quiche was gluten-free, only to later discover that it was not. There are limited gluten-free options available, mainly pho and some gluten-free cakes and bread. Additionally, there was little attention to the risk of cross-contamination, with gluten-free items placed alongside regular food and no separate tongs provided. I continued to feel unwell until I specifically requested that my bread be prepared and heated separately in the kitchen. While the hotel itself is well maintained, it felt overpriced for a five-star property, as there was nothing particularly special about the experience to justify the cost.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming, ensuring every detail was taken care of with a genuine smile. The rooms were spotless, modern, and offered a fantastic view that made waking up each morning a highlight of the trip. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast selection and the convenient location, which made exploring the area effortless. If you are looking for a perfect blend of comfort and excellent service, I highly recommend staying here. We can’t wait to come back!

Had a really great stay at the HAIAN Beach hotel. The facilities and staff are excellent. The location is fabulous. The only feedback I will say is there is a lot of construction around the site so at times it was quite noisy. There’s nothing the hotel can do about that though and in time you do learn how to shut the noise out. I would recommend this hotel.
