"Clean room and very comfy pillows. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel itself was very spacious and had lots to do, but the room was smaller than it looked online. The breakfast was fresh with average amount to choose from. Overall good and would go back again. "

"Dirty mattress, lazy housekeeper not clean the room until asked, no bed sheets and had to ask staff many times and still nothing. Very warm room with no ventilation and noisy as the internal doors kept banging and the station announcements as the hotel is above the central station. Breakfast was like a zoo so many people and no seats "

"No kettle in the room, bathroom dated, bed mattress was thinner than cardboard, pillows were pathetic, swimming pool was dirty and sauna did not work. Overall very poor stay, will not stay again, do not recommend "

"We really enjoyed our stay. Great location, lovely staff, really good breakfast, large room, and fresh cake and tea in the afternoons. The only drawback for us was the noise- we were in Room 356, above the front entrance near the apex of 4 streets, and there was a lot of extraneous noise till 2am, and then early morning from the building works opposite. Ask for a room further away from the lift and stairs"

"The hotel was clean, spacious and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice, the room was lovely, well equipped and very comfortable. The spa was really good however, as a guest I think access should be free. We were surprised we had to pay an entrance fee, and only allowed two hours to visit. "
