First room they put us in. There was no service for Cable and the phones didnโt work which she said they were sending somebody out Monday so she got another remote and the TV did come on but when she left, we couldnโt get Service again so they switched us to another room And I seen footprints that were dirty shoe prints on the bathroom floor. The bathtub was dirty and every time you move the bed sound like it was hitting on some tin or drum but the second rm had phone service after we were told the service was down 1st freezer needed defrosting and window was cloudy 2rm floor needed to be mopped floor was sticky
Only thing I hate is the advertisement of one price, but then the hidden fees and taxes makes the price jump nearly $100! Oh and the inclusion of pets... It's always a funky, wet dog smell inside the elevators and occasionally poo or pee! I hate that. But the cleaning staff are amazing! And the front desk ladies are very nice but the prices are out of their control.
For starters, they have a sign at the front desk that states โno refunds after 10 minutes of check inโ I paid for my room at the property, I didnโt even go upstairs before I walked right back in and asked for a refund to which the receptionist stated she canโt refund me and the manager was out of the country so he canโt refund me either. So we had no choice to stay. Our room was on the 3rd floor, they only had 1 elevator and 1 stairwell for all 5 floors. We were only in the room for 10 minutes and my 2 year olds feet were PITCH black, needless to say they donโt clean properly. The bathtub was chipping paint everywhere and the curtain would fall down the rod only covering the mid section of the shower and the bathroom was always freezing! Mopped the floors 3 times and they were still filthy! Not to mention I woke up one day to our room door wide open bc housekeeping let themselves in while I was sleeping after they saw my bf leave to take our dog out. It was raining and freezing outside this day and we had 3 kids in the room. I work nights so I sleep during the day, I was napping during the time of the let in. They didnโt even knock. The only good thing about this stay was the internet!
It was a rather pleasant stay. The only problem we encountered was the room key. Even though we paid for a 2 night stay then extended it for another 3 nights, they turned the key to our room off every day. It was the only inconvenience we came across though. Besides the problem with our key we really enjoyed it there. It was peaceful and quiet, the staff was friendly and the room was very surprisingly big.
I paid, good money for a room that had a bathtub/shower combo and was pet friendly. I got a room with a stand-up shower and told I had to pay an extra $250 for my ONE dog
