Great hotel for Norfolk.

Staff was friendly and courteous. Hotel was new and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. I would stay there again!

Stay at Towneplace Suites Norfolk.

The breakfast was full of variety of options, hot and cold. It was higher quality than most hotels I’ve been to. The bed was very comfortable and I liked the privacy of the suite room separate from the living area with a door. Another great feature was the soundproofing of the rooms.

Great hotel but lacking service

I travel 2 weekends a month and have used hotels.com for every booking during that time. For the first time in 4 years, I ended up with a queen room instead of the King that I booked. I went to the front desk ans I thought it was a mistake and instead of an explanation, I was just told with attitude that they didn’t have any king rooms left and that I shouldn’t have booked through the app. It was the worst customer service interaction I have had at a hotel. Just be aware that this can happen if booking through Hotels.com.
