Not so much waterfront cabins

The place was fine. It was clean and the bed comfortable. I picked the lodging because of the picture from the site. The cabins are there and they were empty during the stay but the lovely waterfront stay I had imagined was not what I got. I could see the water by looking thru motor home antenna and such.

Just the best stay

It was amazing as we took our two grandsons with one is 12 years old and the other 14. Great things beside fishing that they love ,pitch and put movies great fish and chips and shopping then the best ice creams. Just a great stay will go there again

Do not stay if you think this is kid friendly

I thought Big4 were catered to families with plenty of kids facilities. But this one, there are 2 in Batesmans Bay is for the elderly, as the lady at reception told me. The only playground was so small and was for kids under 7. It was a shoebox.

Fantastic place to stay. Clean and tidy with attention to detail. Really friendly staff and great location. Kids were a little disappointed their pool wasn’t heated and closed but all in all great place and highly recommend it

It was amazing the cabins were well thought out for easy living with all the conveniences we needed. Easy parking on well kept grounds and good views, the staff were friendly and helpful. We will go back there again.

Great Park

The park is located about 10 mins walk from town, and right on the water. It is well maintained and nice and quiet at night so you can get a good sleep. We will go back for sure!

Quiet stay on the riverbank

This is without a doubt the cleanest big 4 I have stayed in.. a short walk over the river.. and a fantastic river cruise.. a thoroughly enjoyable stay.. would definately recommend.. and well be back..

Great experience all around in a beautiful setting

From the minute we booked in till booking out 2 days later this was fantastic. Staff friendly and efficient. The cabins have been recently renovated, they are exceptionally clean and spacious .the park and grounds are well maintained The setting just beside the river is magnificent. The weather was cold and overcast but it didn’t stop us having an enjoyable time . Thanks Guys
